By creating an account or using Vorrat, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account. You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information.
2. Subscriptions
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are shown in Naira and include applicable transaction fees.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- New accounts get a free trial. When it ends, an active plan is required to keep using the app.
3. Your data
Your business data belongs to you. We store and process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time — see Delete your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Vorrat for anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt the service, or access data that does not belong to you.
5. Availability
The app works offline and syncs when you reconnect. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Limitation of liability
Vorrat is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Keep your own records of anything critical.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use Vorrat means you accept the updated terms.
