Delete your Vorrat account and data

You can request deletion at any time. We confirm receipt within
7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
How to request deletion
- Email support@vorrat.shop from the email address on your Vorrat account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my account".
- Tell us the company name(s) you want deleted, if you have more than one.
We ask you to email from the account address so we can be sure the request comes from you.
What we delete
- Your account: name, email address and phone number
- Your business data: products, stock, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, expenses and reports
- Images you uploaded
What we keep, and for how long
- Accounting records that we are required to retain: kept for 7 years from the end of the relevant financial year, then deleted.
- Backups: removed within 90 days of your request.
- Aggregated, anonymised statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
Deleting only some data
You do not have to delete your whole account. You can delete individual products, customers, sales and other records from inside the app at any time.
